Committed to Quality
Aluminum castings from Aluminum Alloys are trusted across industries for their precision, durability, and production flexibility. Located in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, our 150,000 sq. ft. one-stop foundry has delivered high-quality, assembly-ready sand castings for over 60 years. As a custom job shop, we specialize in both simple and complex castings up to 2,000 lbs. using green sand and no-bake processes, supported by three automated molding lines and two rotolifts.
Amongst many more, we pour A356, 319, 355, 535 (Almag), and 713 (Tenzaloy) aluminum alloys and work directly with engineering and procurement teams to ensure castability, cost-efficiency, and lead time optimization. Our extensive pattern shop, finishing department, and in-house machining capabilities (including over 200 years of collective CNC and manual machining experience) ensure seamless quality control from tooling to shipment.
Aluminum Alloys castings are backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification through PRI Registrar, with quality systems recognized by ANAB and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). We are also ITAR registered, allowing us to support aerospace, military, and defense clients with compliant, specification-grade castings.
We offer a full suite of in-house and outsourced services, including heat treatment, anodizing, radiography, and painting, through trusted long-term partners. With over 6,000 unique parts cast to date, our team of skilled craftspeople takes pride in delivering consistent excellence — helping our customers meet market demand year-round with reduced lead times and dependable supply.
As part of the Foundrion Group, Aluminum Alloys benefits from shared technical expertise, broader production capacity, and a network of foundries serving North America’s most demanding sectors.
