Committed to Quality
Brass and bronze sand castings are the foundation of Excal Inc.’s expertise in delivering reliable, high-quality components for industrial applications. Located in Mills, Wyoming, Excal operates an 85,000 sq. ft. facility staffed by over 50 skilled artisans. As one of the newest members of the Foundrion Group, Excal strengthens the network’s non-ferrous casting capacity and expands its reach in the Western U.S.
We produce brass and bronze sand castings from 1 to 2,000 lbs., serving demanding industries such as valves, pumps, irrigation, marine, metering, and mining. Our capabilities include high-volume green sand molding, precision no-bake molding, four independent melting furnaces, and an in-house heat treat furnace. We offer full-service CNC machining, tooling maintenance, and inspection services — ensuring a streamlined process from pattern to finished part.
